ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 08-78, AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING BUDGET FOR
THE COUNTY OF HAWAII FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2009.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1 Ordinance No 08-78, as amended, is hereby further amended by increasing revenues m the
following amount(s) to the fund(s) as set forth m Section 2

SECTION 2. The foregoing amount(s) as specified m Section I hereof is/are hereby appropriated to
