This is to transmit Bill No. 252, Draft 2, which was authorized by the result of the Mayor's veto
at the June 30, 2008, Council meeting. Pursuant to Section 10-5 of the Hawaii County Charter,
the operating budget (Draft 2) as amended by the mayor is submitted when the Council fails to
approve the operating budget by the thirtieth of June.
