Re: Resolution Authorizing County to Enter into Agreement
Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement for a
Statewide Narcotics Task Grant.
The Statewide Narcotics Task grant is for multi jurisdictional task force
programs that integrate federal, state and local drug law enforcement agencies
and prosecutors for the purpose of enhancing interagency coordination and
intelligence and facilitating multi-jurisdictional investigations. Funds have
already been appropriated in the Operating Budget.
If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to call the Hawaii County
Police Department.
