Re: Capital Budget
Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance to reappropriate lapsed 1994-96 fuel tax
district appropriations. Because the original amounts were established by
formula and to maintain equity, lapsed district funds would be reappropriated
back to the district.
If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to call the Department of
Public Works.
