NO. 392 <br /> PLACE: Councilroom <br /> TIME: 10:32 a.m. <br /> Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Public Works and Parks, to which was referred Communication No. 392 <br /> and attached Bill No. 113, reports as follows: <br /> The purpose of Bill No. 113 is to authorize the placement of traffic signal systems at the <br /> intersection of Komohana Street and Mohouli Street and at the intersection of Kaumana Drive <br /> and Ainako Avenue. <br /> Bill No. 1 13 would amend chapter 24, article ]Q division 2, section 24-274.1, schedule 22.1 <br /> (Traffic signal systems), subsection (c) South Hilo, by adding the following to be appropriately <br /> numbered: <br /> Komohana Street/Mohouli Street. <br /> Kaumana Drive/Ainako Avenue." <br /> Communication No. 392 is a letter from Chief Engineer Donna Fay K Kiyosaki, dated <br /> July 3, 1997, which transmits Bill No. 113 to the County Council for its consideration. <br /> Your Committee amended Bill No. 113 by substituting Bill No. 113, Draft 2. Draft 2 amended <br /> the bill to indicate that it was amending division 2 rather than division ] of chapter 24, <br /> article 10.
