SOUZA From Mayor Stephen K. Yamashiro, dated February 27, 1997, submitting for confirmation the following appointment to the Hawaii County Planning Commission: Mr. James S. Souza, a retiree who, from 1947 to 1991 was employed as the Director of the Service and Parts Department for Hawaii Motors. He is a member of the Republican Party. If confirmed, Mr. Souza will replace William F. Green, whose term expired on December 31, 1996, and will serve a term to end on December 31, 2001.
