Dear Air. Arakaki,
The Board of the Hilo Woman's Club want to show their support on the
issue of an ordinance against skateboarding on the downtown sidewalks.
We also respectfully request that you reconsider the confiscation of
the skateboards and that the fines or penalties be reduced.
A further suggestion is that these ordinance sign be placed in the
areas affected.
hie also are in support of an ordinance that would stop harrassment by
panhandlers.
