NO. 843 / BILL NO. 247 <br /> PLACE: Councilroom <br /> TIME: 9:07 a.m. <br /> Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Public Works and Parks, to which was refen•ed Communication No. 843, <br /> and attached Bill No. 247, reports as follows: <br /> The purpose of Bill No. 247 is to amend Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 3, Section 24-275, <br /> Schedule 23 (Bus stop locations) Subsection (c), and Section 25-280, Schedule 28 (No parking at <br /> anytime), Subsection (c), of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (1995 Edition), relating to Vehicles and <br /> Traffic. <br /> Communication No. 843 is from Chief Engineer Donna Fay K. Kiyosaki, dated April 30, 1997, <br /> which transmits a bill to install two-way left tum lanes along Kilauea Avenue between Aupuni Street <br /> and Kukuau Street.
