Your Committee on Public Works and Parks, to which was referred Communication No. 889,
and attached Resolution No. 285-98, reports as follows:
The purpose of Resolution No. 285-98 is to authorize the abandonment and quitclaim of a sewer
easement remnant to Brian Anderson, Tax Map Key (3) 7-5-09:025.
Communication No. 889 is from Chief Engineer Donna Fay K. Kiyosaki, dated June 12, 1998,
stating that the sewer line easement has been abandoned and no longer serves any purpose for the
County of Hawaii.
Your Committee is in accord with the purpose and intent of Resolution No. 285-9$, and
recommends its adoption.
