and attached Resolution No. 312-98, reports as follows:
The purpose of Resolution No. 312-98 is to authorize the abandonment and quitclaim of the County
road easement at Kaumalumalu, North Kona, Island of Hawaii, to Richard Adcock, Tax Map Key
No. (3) 7-7-04:049.
Communication No. 957 is from Gerald Takase, Deputy Corporation Counsel, dated
August 12, 1998, transmitting Resolution No. 312-98 for the Council's review and consideration.
Your Committee is in accord with the purpose and intent of Resolution No. 312-98, and
recommends that it be adopted.
