Your Committee on Public Works and Parks, to which was referred Communication No. 165
and attached Resolution No. 46, reports as follows:
The purpose of Resolution No. 46 is to authorize the County to accept a dedication deed
transmitting real property for road and drainage purposes from TRI of Waikoloa, Inc., a Hawaii
corporation. The dedication deed is for roadway lots located within the Sunset Ridge at
Waikoloa, Phase 2, Increment 2, Unit 1, identified as Tax Map Key No. (3)6-8-02:036 (Por.).
Communication No. 165 is a letter from Acting Corporation Counsel Richard D.Wurdeman
dated February 14, 1997, which transmits Resolution No. 46 for the Council's review and
consideration.
Your Committee did not express any concern over the approval of Resolution No. 46.
Your Committee is in accord with the purpose and intent of Resolution No. 46 and recommends
its adoption.
