Article 2, Division 4, Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as Amended) by
Amending Section 25-2-46 Related to Concurrency Conditions. {Expands
concurrency requirements to include parks and recreational facilities, wastewater
treatment facilities, and police and firefighting facilities. Directs the Planning
Director to submit comments and recommendations on the proposed Zoning Code
amendments as set forth in the proposed bill ("Exhibit A"); and requests the
Planning Commission to review and transmit its recommendations regarding the
proposed bill, within a 120-day review period, through the Mayor to the Council for
