Your Committee on Public Works and Parks, to which was referred Communication No. 382
and attached Resolution No. 122, reports as follows:
The purpose of Resolution No. 122 is to authorize the County to accept a dedication deed
transmitting real property for road and drainage purposes from Sunrise Estates Joint Venture, a
Hawaii joint venture. The dedication deed is for roadway lots located within the Sunrise Estates
Subdivision, Unit I-A, identified as Tax Map Key No. (3)2-5-06:149.
Communication No. 382 is a letter from Corporation Counsel Richard D. Wurdeman dated
June 30, ] 997, which transmits Resolution No. 122 for the Council's review and consideration.
Your Committee amended Resolution No. 122 by substituting Resolution No. 122, Draft 2.
Draft 2 deleted all references to TMK: (3)2-4-74:011 as the subject properties do not lie within
this tax map key number. (See Communication No. 382.01, transmitting Draft 2 to the County
Council from the Corporation Counsel's Office.)
Your Committee is in accord with the purpose and intent of Resolution No. 122, Draft 2 and
recommends its adoption.
