Your Committee on Public Works and Parks, to which was referred Communication No. 386
and attached Resolution No. 125, reports as follows:
The purpose of Resolution No. 125 is to authorize the County to accept a dedication deed
transmitting real property for road and drainage purposes from Alii Kai, Inc., a Hawaii
corporation. The dedication deed is for roadway lots located within the Alii Kai Subdivision,
identified as Tax Map Key No. (3)7-6-18:] 11.
Communication No. 386 is a letter from Corporation Counsel Richard D. Wurdeman, dated
July 1, 1997, which transmits Resolution No. 125 to the County Council for its review and
consideration.
Your Committee amended Resolution No. 125 by substituting Resolution No. 125, Draft 2.
Draft 2 amended the dedication location map to include Road Lot `B" and to clarify the location
of the roads being dedicated. (See Communication No. 386.01, transmitting Draft 2 to the
County Council from the Corporation Counsel's Office.)
Your Committee is in accord with the purpose and intent of Resolution No. 125, Draft 2 and
recommends its adoption.
