Your Committee on Public Works and Parks, to which was referred Communication No. 391
and attached Resolution No. 128, reports as follows:
The purpose of Resolution No. 128 is to authorize the County to accept a dedication deed
transmitting real property for road and drainage purposes from Westpac Development Venture.
The dedication deed is for roadway lots located within the Alii Lani Subdivision, Increment 1,
Phase identified as Tax Map Key No. (3)7-5-20:073 (portion).
Communication No. 391 is a letter from Corporation Counsel Richard D. Wurdeman, dated
June 30, 1997, which transmits Resolution No. 128 to the County Council for its review and
consideration.
Your Committee did not express any concern over the approval of Resolution No. 128.
Your Committee is in accord with the purpose and intent of Resolution No. 128 and
recommends its adoption.
