Recommends adoption of Res. 701-08: Ayes: Committee Members Higa, Hoffmann, Jacobson, Naeole, Pilago, Yagong and Chair Ford. Noes: None. Absent: Committee Members Ikeda and Yoshimoto. If that occurs, individual Councilmembers may be at either the meeting site or one of the videoconference sites.
