RE: Transmitting Resolution No. 283 -09, Draft 2; Relating to the Rules of Procedure and
Organization of the Council of the County of Hawai `i (Council- Initiated Amendments to
Subdivision Control and Zoning Codes)
Please find attached Resolution No. 283 -09, Draft 2.
Resolution No. 283 -09 was amended by the contents of Communication No. 641.2 by the Committee on
Planning during its meeting on February 2, 2010.
The amendments were to Exhibit A, as attached to the Resolution, which provides for a proposed rule change
to Rule No. 14 (Motions) relating to council- initiated bills to amend the subdivision control and zoning codes
of the Hawaii County Code.
