SUBJECT: TRAFFIC CODE AMENDMENT
KAHAKAI ROAD: ONE-WAY TRAFFIC PATTERN
We support the proposal to amend the traffic pattern along
Kahakai Road to one-way in the southerly direction.
This change will improve traffic flow and eliminate the hazards
that occur with vehicles attempting to exit Kahakai Road onto
Alii Drive near Huggo's.
