Improvement District No. 16 (Keaau Agricultural Lots)
Termination
Attached is an ordinance which will allow the Department of Finance to proceed with the
termination of this improvement district. All of the I.D. 16 bonds have been paid. Upon
approval of this ordinance and payments on installment Number 151 due December 13,
1998, we will proceed to make pro rata refunds to all lot owners as detailed in the
ordinance, and to release the assessment lien on appropriate parcels in the district.
