SUBJECT: Proposed Amendments to Bill 329, Draft 1, an Ordinance to Amend Ordinance
No. 08-78, As Amended, the Operating Budget for the County of Hawaii for the
Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2009.
Attached please find a proposed amendment to Bill 329, Draft 1, an ordinance to amend the
FY 08-09 Operating Budget, Ordinance No. 08-78, regarding an appropriation to the Geothermal
Relocation and Community Benefits Fund. The amendment decreases the appropriation by
$13,413 to $580,250.
SECTION 2 is amended by deleting the Account No.095.121.5129.42, Geothermal Finance,
_ OCE for the Pahoa Council Office lease by $13,413.
A ramseyer version of the bill that incorporates the proposed amendment is attached.

OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAII FOR THE FISCAL YEAR

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 08-78, as amended, is hereby further amended by
appropriating revenues in the following amount(s) to the fund(s) as set forth in Section 2.
