RE: CLAIM AGAINST THE COUNTY/STATE FARM on behalf of James E. Hazard
Pursuant to Section 92-5(a)(4), Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended, we request
an attorney-client confidential discussion in executive session to consult with the County
Council on a claim submitted by State Farm Insurance Company on behalf of their insured
James E. Hazard.
