A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT
AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A
DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S)
WHEREAS, The NAS Pool in Hilo is in need of carpet replacement; and
WHEREAS, Paul's Enterprises donated a new carpet to the Friends of the NAS Pool,
which cost is $798.93; and
WHEREAS, $399 is needed for the installation of the carpet at NAS Pool; and
WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 5 will be appropriated to
the Department of Parks and Recreation to be used for the installation costs; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the
following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below:

CREDITED TO:
010.500.5503.39 Department of Parks and Recreation $399

BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall forward a copy of this
resolution to the Director of Parks and Recreation and the Director of Finance and that the
Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the necessary transfers in accordance with the
terms of this resolution.
