ATTORNEY GENERAL, PURSUANT TO HRS 46-7, FOR THE NEXT GENERATION
JUVENILE JUSTICE INFORMATION SYSTEM (NG JJIS) DATA BROKER
PROJECT; and
(Bill 205) AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 09-64, AS AMENDED, THE
OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAI‘I FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2010 (by appropriating revenues of $25,000 in the Federal
Grants - NG JJIS Data Broker Project Account, and appropriating same to the Prosecuting
Attorney’s NG JJIS Data Broker Grant Project Account; these funds will be used to
implement a pilot site, which will electronically transfer juvenile arrest data between the
Prosecuting Attorney’s Island Tracking System and the JJIS, eliminating double entry)

Housing Voucher Program Account, and appropriating same in the Voucher Rental
Subsidies Account; these funds will be used for payment of rental assistance for eligible
participants of the program)

(Bill 207) OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAI‘I FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2010 (by appropriating revenues of $47,364 in the Federal
Grants - Volunteer Fire Assistance Account, and appropriating same to the Fire
Department’s Volunteer Fire Assistance - Federal Account; these funds, from the
U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Forest Service Volunteer Fire Assistance Grant Program,
will be used to purchase safety equipment for all of the fire stations)

purchase a global positioning system to track older individuals affected by dementia)
