If

there are procedure problems, then they need to be worked out with the community. However,

the program must continue. To allow marijuana to flourish as though it were not a serious

problem means we would not only be shirking our duty as responsible citizens but contributing

to an already serious problem. Because you do not see many many people parading and lobbing

for the eradication does not mean they are not there. The majority want the program to continue.

and they have a hard time understanding why this is being questioned when marijuana is against

the law.

Regardless of what some people would like you to believe, marijuana is an entry drug, this has

been proven over and over again. This was proven and made clear to those of us working in the

California schools in the 60's. There are reams of documented scientific evidence to show that

it is not an innocent substance without side effects.

Marijuana is against the law, we should not have to debate this program. Eradication should be

automatic. We ask you to approve the eradication program.

Cow No. 990-27
File No. V SG
Ref.
