Unlawful behavior is <br /> not conducive to investment that will attract other investment <br /> <br /> We, strongly urge you to send a positive message to the residents of Hawaii County. <br /> especially the children, that unlawful behavior is not accepted or encouraged and that <br /> it will be dealt with severely <br /> <br /> We might also mention that we have a very active visitor market attracted to the Big <br /> Island of Hawaii now and absolutely nothing scares away visitors as fast as not being in a <br /> safe environment.
