Purpose
The purpose of this award is to assist the grantee in carrying out a national service program as authorized by the Domestic
Volunteer Service Act of 1973, as amended (42 U.S.C., Chapter 22).

Costs allowed under this grant award are limited to those categories described in application packet dated 4/4/08.
This grant award includes a Fiscal Year 2008 Congressional Consolidated Appropriations Act rescission of 1.747
The Grantee shall prepare a Project Progress Report (CNCS-1020 for Senior Corps) semi-annually at the end of the 2nd and 4th
quarters of the budget period. The report shall be submitted to the Corporation Program Manager no later than 30 days after
the end of the designated reporting period.
Costs allowed under this grant are limited to those categories contained in signed application package. Compliance with OMB
Circulars: A-21; A-87; A-102; A-110; A-122 and A-133 as applicable, is required. This NGA is for year 1 of3 yearproject
approval.
Terms of Acceptance: By accepting funds under this grant, the Grantee agrees to comply with all terms and conditions of
the grant that are on the Corporation's website at
hups.//egrants.cns.gov/termsandcondidons/RSVP_TandC_Revised_20060925.pdf, all assurances and certifications made in the
Grant application, and all applicable federal statutes, regulations and guidelines. The Grantee agrees to administer the funded
Program in accordance with the approved Grant application and budget(s), supporting documents, and other representations
made in support of the approved Grant application.
