Attached for your favorable consideration is proposed Bill No. 314, Draft 2, which includes a
new Condition that addresses the heavy traffic flow on Henry Street heading south to the Queen
Ka'ahumanu Highway by converting a through lane into a left turn/through lane. This
amendment will then provide two left turn lanes heading southward at the Henry Street - Queen
Ka ahumanu Highway intersection.
