Over Government Homestead Road
Kaapoko Homestead, South Hilo, Hawaii,
Island, County and State of Hawaii

Enclosed is a resolution, which authorizes a grant of waterline easement over government homestead road
to Martin Ganigan Jr. and Linda Ganigan, Miles K Nagata and Lynne J. Nagata, Dorothy D. Patao and
James R. Kennedy and Linda C. Kennedy. An independent appraiser has determined that the fair market
value of the waterline easement with an area of 6,081 square feet is $1,700.00.
