Attached for your favorable consideration is proposed Bill No. 311, Draft 3, which amends
Condition L, relating to the fair share contributions, with the following changes:
I . The applicant intends to develop 20 residential units, and
2. The insertion of a paragraph stating that if the subject parcel is used to develop
affordable housing, the impact fees for those units shall be waived.
