Attached for your favorable consideration is proposed Bill No. 313, Draft 2, which incorporates
the following changes as discussed at the October 20, 1998 Planning Committee meeting:
1. All references to Kahakai Road have been changed to Kahakai Boulevard.
2. Amend Condition F by including language which states the improvements to the
frontage of the subject property would be consistent with the rustic ambience of
Pahoa town, and removing all reference to the curb and sidewalk suggestion from
Public Works.
