AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 08-79, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY
1, 2008 TO JUNE 30, 2009.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 08-79, as amended, Relating to Public Improvements
and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2008 to June 30, 2009, is hereby
amended by decreasing/increasing the following projects:
HOUSING & COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT:
Kaloko Housing Program -Federal
(110.499.5496.17) [$ 5,563,000] $ 0
Kaloko Housing Program -County
(110.499.5496.19) [$ 5,413,000] $ 7,500,000
SECTION 2. Funds for this appropriation decrease/increase shall be provided from:
Federal Grants Receivable

General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund -
Fund Balance and/or other Sources [$ 5,413,000] $ 7,500,000
SECTION 3. Bracketed material represents the appropriation amount being
amended. Underscored material represents the amended appropriation.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect on upon its approval.
