RESOLUTION NO. '74Q QS
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT
AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO
A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S)
WHEREAS, a portion of Ainalako Road (Waiakea Uka area) is a one-lane road; and
WHEREAS, funds aze needed to install three paved pullouts along Ainalako Road to
allow motorists to safely pull over when yielding to oncoming traffic; and
WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 3 will be appropriated to
the Department of Public Works for the installation of three paved pullouts along Ainalako
Road; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that
the following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below:

OUT AND FROM:
010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief
CREDITED TO:
010.801.5801.38 Department of Public Works
Transfer to Highway Fund

BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall forward a copy of this
resolution to the Director of Public Works and the Director of Finance. and that the Director of
Finance is hereby authorized to make the necessary transfers in accordance with the terms of
this resolution.
