Your Committee on Planning, to which was referred Resolution No. 335-98, transmitted by
Mayor Stephen K. Yamashiro per Communication No. 1010, dated September 29, 1998,
regarding the naming of a street in the County of Hawaii, reports as follows:
Resolution No. 335-98 authorizes the approval of a street name for a roadway within the Keaau
High School Subdivision, Keaau, Puna, Hawaii.
The Planning Commission at its September 18, 1998 meeting approved the name for the roadway
in Exhibit `A° (see attached) as follows:
"Kukula Street "
Your Committee on Planning concurs with the intent and purpose of Resolution No. 335-98, and
recommends its adoption.
