ORDINANCE NO. ®~ ~.©S 308 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24 OF THE HAWAII COUNTY COllE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING'f0 VEFIICLES ANn TRAFFIC. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF 1'HE COUNTY OF HAWAI`L• SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 5, section 24-284.1, schedule 32.1 (8 hour parking areas), subsection (c) South Hilo, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 edition, as amended), is amended by adding the following, to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows: `~O Kamehameha Avenue from Shipman Street to Wailuku Drive." SECTION 2. Material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. New material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed material and stricken material and underscoring need not be included. SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of the ordinance which cau be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this erid, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
