COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />BILL NO. `3is <br />ORDINANCE NO. O~ 109 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24 OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 <br />(2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 6, section 24-287, schedule 35 (passenger <br />loading zones), pazagraph (c) (South Hilo), subpazagraph (4) (Kapi`olani Street), clause (B), of <br />the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as amended), is amended to read as follows: <br />"(B) Mauka side, from a point three hundred twenty feet Puna of <br />Wai~nuenue Avenue and extending one hundred [~tirteEy] <br />seventeen feet in the Puna direction from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 <br />p.m. on school days." <br />SECTION 2. Material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. New material is <br />underscored. In printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed material and stricken <br />material and underscoring need not be included. <br />SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any <br />person or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or <br />applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or <br />application, and to this end, the provisions of this ordinance aze declazed to be severable. <br />SECTION 4.
