AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 08-78, AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING BUDGET FOR
THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`1 FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 200).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`1:
SECTION I. Ordinance No. 08-78, as amended, is hereby further amended by appropriating revenues in the
following amount(s) to the fund(s) as set forth in Section 2.

SECTION 2. The foregoing amount(s) as specified in Section Thereof is/are hereby appropriated to

SECTION 3. A final report, or the final report required by the grantor, shall be submitted to the
