Your Committee on Planning, to which was referred Resolution No. 293-98, transmitted by
Mayor Stephen K. Yamashiro per Communication No. 908, dated June 29, 1998, regarding the
naming of a street in the County of Hawaii, reports as follows:
Resolution No. 293-98 authorizes the approval of a street name for a roadway within the Kaloko
Mauka Subdivision, Kaloko, North Kona, Hawaii.
The Planning Commission at its June 19, 1998, meeting approved the name for the roadway in
Exhibit "A" (see attached) as follows:
"Han Place"
Resolution No. 293-98, Drafr 2, which con•ects the spelling of the name to Ha o Place, was
circulated and approved by Your Committee.
Your Committee nn Planning concurs with the intent and purpose of Resolution No. 293-98,
Draft 2; and recommends its adoption.
