ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 08-789 AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING
BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAII FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30.2009.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 080878, as amended, is hereby further amended by increasing revenues in
the following amount(s) to the fund(s) as set forth in Section 2.
