Your Committee on Planning, to which was referred Resolution No. 240, transmitted by Mayor
Stephen K. Yaznashiro per Communication No. 752, dated March 4, 1998, regazding the
adoption of a street name for the unnamed roadway in the Ooma Homesteads.
Resolution No. 240 authorizes the County of Hawaii to adopt the street name of the unnamed
roadway in the County of Hawaii pursuant to Section 22-35, Article 2, Chapter 22, Hawaii
County Code.
The Planning Commission at its regulaz meeting of February 20, 1998 approved the name for the
unnamed roadway in the Ooma Homesteads, Ooma 1st, North Kona, Hawaii, as indicated on
Exhibit "A" of this report, to be Kinoulu Street.
Your Committee on Planning concurs with the intent and purpose of Resolution No. 240, and
recommends its adoption.
