'773 OS <br />A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br />AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO <br />A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) <br />WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation, Culture & Arts Section has <br />requested funds to conduct various island-wide projects, as follows: <br />Department of Parks and Recreation Projects Amount $ <br />75` Anniversary of the Planting of the Banyan Trees on 1,000 <br />Banyan Drive <br />2009 Waimea Cherry Blossom Heritage Festival 1,500 <br />2008 Veteran's Day Parade 1,500 <br />Queen Lili`uokalani Festival 1,000 <br />Total 5,000 <br />and <br />WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 4 for $5,000 will be <br />appropriated to the Department of Parks & Recreation, Culture & Arts Section to be used <br />towards the following projects listed above; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br />the following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br />FUND: General <br />AMOUNT OF <br />APPROPRIATION: $5,000 <br />OUT AND FROM: <br />010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief <br />CREDITED TO: <br />010.500.5517.02 Department of Parks & Recreation <br />Culture/Arts OCE <br />(1. 75`h Anniversary of the Planting of the <br />Banyan Trees on Banyan Drive-$1,000 <br />2. 2009 Waimea Cherry Blossom Heritage <br />Festival $1,500 <br />3. 2008 Veteran's Day Parade $1,500 <br />4.
