AN ORllINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 08-78, AS AMENllEll, THE OPERATING BUDGET FOR
THE COUNTY OF HAWAII FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING .HIKE 30, 2009.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`l:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 08-78, as amended, is hereby further amended by increasing revenues in the
following amount(s) to the fund(s) as set forth in Section 2.

SECTION 2. The foregoing amount(s) as specified in Scetion 1 hereof is/are hereby appropriated to
