COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />RESOLUTION NO. X83 ~~ <br />A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br />AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br />DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S). <br />WHEREAS, on Saturday, October 25, 2008, the County of Hawaii will host a ground <br />blessing ceremony of the West Hawaii Civic Center; and <br />~ WHEREAS, the West Hawaii Civic Center will consolidate 22 County agencies and <br />one State agency under one complex and provide needed services to the community; and <br />WHEREAS, various administrative departments, council representatives, community <br />members and the general public have been invited to make this a special event; and <br />WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 8 will be appropriated to <br />the Office of Management to help defray costs for the ground blessing ceremony of the West <br />Hawaii Civic Center, now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br />following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br />FUND: General <br />AMOUNT OF <br />APPROPRIATION: $2,500 <br />OUT AND FROM: <br />010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief $2,500 <br />CREDITED TO: <br />010.111.5111.02 Office of Management $2,500 <br />Office of Management OCE <br />(West Hawaii Civic Center) <br />
