The problems caused by roads in limbo are serious, <br /> and we appreciate your effort to find solutions. <br /> <br /> We are owners of land that can only be accessed by Mud Lane, a road in limbo outside of <br /> Kamuela. This road has become so horrible that police cars, fire trucks and ambulances will not <br /> go down it. There are now four homes in the subdivision, including one family with a four- <br /> month-old baby.
