A. REQUEST:
Amend Ordinance 97-121 (Fuel Tax allocation) to increase funding to Puna Highway/Traffic
Division Projects (110-399-5390.02-115) and reduce funding to Engineering Projects in the same
District by $200,000.
B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL HET A NEEDED):
Highways Division will use the funds to pave Kapoho Beach Road. Funds are being diverted
from a project for Kahakai Boulevard.
