Attached for your favorable consideration is a proposed resolution which requests that the
Planning Director conduct a feasibility study, and eventually incorporate the findings into the
General Plan update to specifically designate the Kona Coffee Belt lands as a special agricultural
district used exclusively for orchards and coffee production.
