This is to follow up on the submittal of a hydrological study prepared by Waimea Water
Services, Inc., entitled "The Groundwater Resources of Puueo and Vicinity, Hawaii" dated
June 20, 1997, and the additional information submitted by letter dated November 12, 1997.
According to the letter dated June 5, 1998, from the County of Hawaii Department of Water
Supply, the hydrological study has been determined acceptable and as such, compliance with
Condition B of Ordinance No. 96-48. Based on this, the effective date of the Single Family
Residential (RS-7.5) and Neighborhood Commercial (CN-10) district classifications shall be
June 5, 1998.
