COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8®~ ®8 <br />A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br />AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br />DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S). <br />WHEREAS, the Kona Outdoor Circle (KOC) is a community based volunteer <br />organization who's mission is to keep Kona clean, green and beautiful by protecting, preserving <br />and enhancing the environment for future generations; and <br />WHEREAS, KOC was established in 1948 as an affiliate of The Outdoor Circle of <br />Honolulu; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lei of Tree Planting and Beautification Project will provide visual <br />mitigation of the Solid Waste facilities at Kealakehe; and <br />WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 8 will be appropriated to <br />the Department of Environmental Management to help with costs associated with the KOC Lei <br />of Tree Planting and Beautification Project at Kealakehe; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br />following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set for the below: <br />FUND: GENERAL: <br />AMOUNT OF <br />APPROPRIATION: $2,500 <br />OUT AND FROM: <br />010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief $2,500 <br />CREDITED TO: <br />010.801.580135 Dept. of Environmental Management $2,500 <br />Trans to Solid Waste Fund, Misc. Charges <br />(Kona Outdoor Circle -Kealakehe <br />Beautification Project) <br />
