SUBJECT: Appropriation Ordinance for t, Hawai'i County Council
Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program.
The Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) has
submitted to the Hawaii County Housing Agency (HCHA) an
appropriation ordinance for the CDBG Program.
The HCHA has reviewed and approved the ordinance at its meeting
of October 21, 1998. Accordingly, 1 am requesting that the
ordinance be included on the Council agenda for action at its
November 6, 1998, meeting.
