AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 08-78, AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING BUDGET FOR
THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`1 FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2009.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION l . Ordinance No. 08-78, as amended, is hereby further amended by appropriating revenues in the
following amount(s) to the fund(s) as set forth in Section 2.

3305.66 State Grants -Public Safety Interoperable Communications General 300,000
Total $ 1;575,000
SECTION 2. The foregoing amount(s) as specified in Section 1 hereof is/are hereby approp riated to the following
fund(s) and expen diture account(s) as set forth herein below:
