Dear Chairman Hoffmann and Council Members,
As a follow up to our original request to you dated May 30, 2008 we are sending out this reminder that
the Solid Waste Division and consultant CH2MHi11 be allowed to present to the Environmental
Management Committee their monthly progress report on the update of the Integrated Solid Waste
Management Plan. The nexfineeting which we would like to be included on the agenda is November
20tH in Hilo and is highlighted below.
